Pool Party with CABANA RENTAL

The Cabana is available to members only for small parties/groups on a limited schedule.

If you are a current member and wish to have a pool party, please contact our pool management company, contact Seven Wells Management to confirm and reserve the date. 

*All parties are NOT private and the pool is open to other members.

Party Days/Times Available

• Saturday - 9am-7:30pm
• Sundays - 9am-7:30pm

(Other times, dates available pending Pool Board approval)

Steps to make your Reservation

1. Contact Seven Wells Management to confirm date and time availability (see above)
2. Contract MUST be completed two weeks in advance of party to secure lifeguards
3. Pay online (Rental Fee) within two days of confirming reservation with Seven Wells

• $300 - 2 hours | 40 guests max (swimmer or non-swimmer)
• $450 - 3 hours | 40 guests max (swimmer or non-swimmer)
• $600 - 4 hours | 40 guests max (swimmer or non-swimmer)

• $400 - 2 hours/ 40-60 guests (swimmer or non-swimmer) 
• $600 - 3 hours/ 40-60 guests (swimmer or non-swimmer) 

• Lifeguards required (Parties are subject to lifeguard availability)
• Members are responsible for leaving the cabana clean and picking up any trash from the grounds

To Complete Your Reservation   Within two (2) days of confirming your reservation with Seven Wells, the following must be provided or on-line date will be released: 

• Paid Rental Fee
• Read Agreement & Waiver. By making and paying for your reservation, you are consenting to this agreement.
